Event Overview
ACBC is excited to return to an in-person conference this year! We will be hosting this year’s conference at Hickory Grove Baptist Church located in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are featuring an exciting line-up of speakers presenting on critical topics in both plenary and breakout sessions. We will also be led in worship by Matt Boswell (doxologyandtheology.com).
New to our 2021 conference, we are now offering two ways to attend. In addition to having the option to attend the conference in-person, ACBC announced that attendees can also choose to select to attend virtually. We are already seeing a great response from counselors wanting to join us online. Virtual attendees will have access to all Annual Conference and Pre-Conference plenary sessions as well as a great selection of breakout sessions.
With two ways to engage in this year’s conference, there are additional opportunities for our exhibitors to interact with our conference attendees. Below you will see some of the traditional packages which ACBC has offered in past years, as well as several virtual options such as sponsored plenary/breakout sessions and digital advertisements.

In-Person Exhibiting & Sponsorship Opportunities
Exhibiting Booth Locations

Attendees to ACBC’s Annual Conference will pass through several areas of Hickory Grove Baptist Church (hickorygrove.org – Harris Campus).
On daily arrival, they will pass through the church’s Welcome Center (Orange Booths – Gold Level), travel through the open-air courtyard, and into the Worship Center Lobby (Pink Booths – Platinum and Diamond Level), and enter the worship center.
After plenary sessions, attendees will travel through the Worship Center Lobby and Lobby Extension (Green Booths – Silver), head back through the Welcome Center, and into the Education Building (Navy Booths – Bronze Level) for their breakout sessions.

Policies to note
Certified Training Center Partners
- Certified Training Centers can make use of any of the partner levels below.
They will be provided a $400 credit toward their purchase.

Additional Registrations
- All Booth Partners can purchase additional registrations for booth staff for $150 per additional person.
CVENT Registrations
- ACBC will provide exhibitors a link to complete conference registration after packages have been purchased here.
Additional Policies:
- All video and graphics packages will be approved by ACBC staff before presentation or publication.
- Print/Video File specifications as well as shipping policies will be released closer to the conference.
- After purchase, ACBC will establish an exhibitor profile through CVENT (our event management software) and invite you to submit ministry information, logos, etc. through that portal.
- All sales must take place through the conference bookstore. No items/resources/memberships etc. can be sold from conference booths. Contact lwilliams@biblicalcounseling.com to receive consignment info. for items offered in the bookstore.
