As a certifying organization, we are committed to providing a distinguished level of quality control in the biblical counseling movement. That means that one of the most significant tasks of ACBC is to set, sanction, and maintain the standards for counseling excellence. Our Standards of Doctrine and Standards of Conduct are the standards for counseling excellence that every member of ACBC must embrace as a condition of their ongoing involvement in our organization.
