FAQ
General FAQs
Who can attend?
ACBC’s conference is designed to encourage and equip the church. All are welcome to attend.
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers admission to all plenary sessions and breakouts, plus conference materials.
Can I register by mail and/or pay by check?
Online is the only method allowed for registrations. However, we can accept payment via check. If accessing the internet to register is not a possibility, call our office at 816-282-2836 for assistance or with any related questions.
When will I get confirmation of my registration?
When registering, you will receive a confirmation on the screen when you complete your registration; this will be followed by an email confirmation. A short time before the conference you will receive an ACBC logistics email detailing the check-in process.
Can I bring children to the conference?
Children are welcome to attend the Annual Conference, but if they require seating they must register. Regarding infants (i.e. non-registered), due to space limitations, strollers and infant carriers cannot take up seating (e.g. You, your wife, and unregistered infant cannot fill three seats).
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes, it’s free and you can do that through logging into your cvent account and updating your order information with the new registrant’s information.
· Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved.
· ACBC is not responsible to arrange payment for transferred tickets.
What is the cancellation policy for conference registrations?
All cancellation submissions must be made by logging into your Cvent account or contacting our office. Please note that refunds will only be given up to September 1st.
Cancellation Fees:
· No refunds will be given after September 1st, 2021
· Prior to that up to a 90% refund will be given
Am I able to register onsite at the conference?

Virtual Conference FAQs
What is included with my virtual registration?
Your virtual conference registration includes live access to all of the plenary content from the Annual Conference and Pre-Conference. It also includes this year’s conference box with an ACBC T-Shirt and campfire mug as well as several practical resources. It also includes five breakout session slots, each with multiple options. Some of these will be pre-recorded for this year’s conference and some will be livestreamed from Charlotte.
Can I watch the virtual conference with a group?
Each attendee for the virtual conference will need a unique registration. While you are welcome to watch the sessions as a group, please be sure each person is registered individually. Group discounts are available and we are developing a large-group package for churches. Reach out to us at info@biblicalcounseling.com to learn more.
Will I have access to a conference bookstore? How about exhibitors?
We are making preparations to have an online bookstore for our virtual attendees. You’ll also have opportunities to connect with our exhibitors online during the conference.
Do I have to watch the conference live? Can I watch it later?
All virtual sessions will be available until midnight October 10th (the Sunday following the conference). You can watch any sessions you registered for until then.
Lodging
Can I stay at a hotel other than the ones listed on the website?
Yes. We have chosen the hotels listed on our website because they are within 10 – 20 mins of the conference location, and we were able to negotiate special rates. Additionally, if there is anything that would cause the event to not take place you will be taken care of. There are certainly more hotels, and further afield, but they do not offer the conference rates and we can’t predict availability.
Travel
Are there airport-to-hotel travel options provided?
ACBC cannot arrange transportation but the airport offers numerous transportation options.
Where should I park?
All the hotels have parking if you are staying at one of them. Our venue (Hickory Grove Baptist Church) also has parking onsite.
